Well, if we are watching the water, it just turned GREEN in Chicago! The city said they were cancelling the tradition and all March 17 celebrations this year, but somehow it mysteriously happened anyway. Yes, the river is officially Irish green for St. Patty's Day!
Per most articles, the dying has taken place since 1962 (with the exception of 2020) and hosted by the Local Plumbers Union 130.
