Nana cant get something out of my mind.
I have heard stories of some of these kids that cant even walk because they have been tied up and in such small cages for so long.
It is so sad. I was listening to a man talk about reducing stress today saying how if you try to lay down on the floor in one positon without being able to move for just an hour how absolutely torturous if feels after just a few minutes.
My mind went to those children and women and how badly they must have hurt and how torturous it must have been being tied up and in cages too small to move in for days, weeks, years.
The pure sadness I feel> I cant even imagine how bad that had to be.
I feel the same emotions coming from the Uyghurs.
We have to make sure this stops and never happens to another human being ever!

it is horrible. Add to that the bright lights, complete darkness and whatever noises they decided to torture these children with. Starving them etc. Who knows what else they did. It is 🤯🤢🤮.
