The full transition of power does not occur until March which reflects what is actually written in the US Constitution.

So the Law seems to still say full transition of power happens 60 days after inauguration... Did you read the language & the actions? Including the amendments & duration? I think it's carefully constructed with a few loopholes the DNC are trying to exploit.
