Not surprising at all.
A businessman HAS to be PRODUCTIVE to get a paycheck. Congress doesn't. They can HIDE from the Americam people and still draw a check. That type of reward system would corrupt a Saint. In the end, GOP, DNC...all the same. One is as corrupt as the other.
