I would say human meat in our food chain would wake the most WHILE causing the biggest suicide watch - it is something that potentially affects every one (or greatest majority of the world).
Sadly I see too many going back to sleep after reading about child trafficking horrors, organ harvesting, satanic rituals etc
It has to be something that will hit people personally.
I dont think it is going to end well for many.
