They are also used as spies - surprisingly. Apparently, when they break their minds into multiple personalities during programming, this creates personas that can be programmed to memorize vast quantities of information - almost like a photographic memory, as I have read. So they make these worldwide appearances, then are slipped off to gather whatever information has been assigned.

im not an expert, just a survivor. i think there are 2 different monarch type programs being referenced here. "betas" at least mine was a memory destruction so you can not identity elites. "alphas" are memory enhancements, my step sister had the photographic memory program.
similiar but very different - devil is in the details. but my sister has been able to function and work in society...my mind was so destroyed i have had a much more difficult time.
now this was 50's-60's and extreme torture based. who knows what yhey do these days - but i still see them breaking down in their twenties and needing to go in for "tune ups" 😉🤔🥴👍
