The Love and Well being of our Source surrounds us at all moments. It is not Source that blocks it, it is our mind and resistant thoughts. The good news is that we can bit by bit release those resistant thoughts. We have all the time in the world to do that . And we cannot get it wrong here because we never stop growing and expanding

It is the nature of the Universe to expand. it happens EFFORTLESSLY IN GOD. All we need to do is to simpy and gently find some happy thougths today. Then the next day we add abit more. We stay constant with it but we do not force it

We make lists of positive aspects. We use many excuses to feel good. We appreciate what we have. We help others as nothing makes one heart grow than to help the right person at the right time in the right way .

We look to easy things to love such as nature, our pets those precsious little babies of ours. We love them so much. We remember the happy wedding, falling in love we keep those memories active
