De facto, women have been ill-treated for even ALLUDING to such rights:

ONLY the societally favored group seems to get unquestioned rights, while ASSERTIVE WOMEN are upbraided for "being"
SICK,
STUPID,
UGLY,
CRAZY +/or BAD
for wanting anything beyond the scraps they are tossed.

FOR A HEALTHY SOCIETY,
each person needs the CONFIDENCE:
I COUNT + I BELONG.
