We ceased being a corporation when President Trump went to UK on a State visit on June 6,2018 and formally took back our sovereignty from the City of London and Bank of England. The corporation is now bankrupt. We are once again the Constitutional Republic of the United State with our original 1776 Constitution. Biden stole an election for a defunct and bankrupt corporation, which is now the military occupied District of Columbia.
