Trying to figure out who this guy is, but really liked this quote that he just said.

"Communications is dominated by presence not information and narrative. [Computing] is dominated by information and narrative, not presence," Martin Geddes.

Keeping in mind that most of the people in this circle of the conservative community are New Age, and their "God" is Self, the Higher Power over Creation of the Universe/ Earth... and not the Bible or strictly what Jesus taught is Truth.

The lingo is the same, but the philosphies are not. There is a need to be on the same page to function in this life, and yet, there is a danger of mixing spiritual belief. There is a danger of an unholy mixture.
Civic duty must not demand a laying aside of fundamental teaching that Jesus said we must guard. And yet, religion must not keep us from participating in civic duty in an effort to love others to minister to those in need.

It is a narrow straight line that those who follow of Christ must walk. It must not be without knidness, nor must it be one of compromise.
