Patient - Female aged 37
I received the immunization at 28w1d pregnant. I had an ultrasound at 28w that showed a healthy placenta. I had a repeat ultrasound at 29w1d that showed significant placenta issues. It has calcified and aged prematurely and also is heterogenous. I am currently inpatient in the hospital until delivery due to the rapid decline in placenta.
