I trimmed out the image and did a google reverse image search on it.
"Cast bronze bust of Robert F. Kennedy presented to John Glenn by Ethel Kennedy" an artifact from 1969 at Ohio State University.
There has to be some sort of sick, mocking meaning behind this pile of shit putting the image of JFK behind him.
It's got a different base than from the University as well.
