There's only 1 problem, as I hate all rumours and fake news no matter who delivers it. That was taken right after she delivered Archie. After you have a baby it can get failry sore in that area. Rather than wear a tampon one might opt for a sanitary napkin instead. What you see there is a sanitary napkin. She is all girl. as for the eye, It appears to be be an eye, but who knows.
