It's a god given right. They can not be taken away, transfered to another, or voted on.Government has absolutly no business with them at all! Government stands below the peoplle, and the people stand under God, in that order! Any government employee attempting to stand above the people and God, are just asking to get their stupid little pointy heads shot off!
