Caesar, Ides of March, 25th Amendment?
Caesar was a dictator, and his death led to the Fall of the Roman Republic and the rise of the Roman Empire (think mirror).
The American Corporation falls, and the Republic rises from the ashes. Phoenix.
Also of note - Caesar introduced us to the Julian/Egyptian calendar, moving away from the Roman calendar based on lunar cycles.
