Something did happen today though, which may still turn out to be important:
"SpaceX launched its 17th Starlink mission from Florida on Wednesday morning, with a Falcon 9 rocket carrying another batch of 60 satellites to orbit".

Obviously had to be the 17th, for a start, but according to MSN, they have also started beta testing beaming the new starlink internet to Canada and UK today, US already.

EBS therefore still a possibility.
