I always felt something happened to Paul Ryan. Like he diidnt start out that way ...corrupt. Like they blackmailed him somehow. Drugged him and got pics of him with someone or doing something? or didnt drug him but caught him doing something and got pics? I think he went to DC and got submerged in the swamp and couldnt get back out. I pray for his soul.
