Calm yourselves. I know its seems difficult now, but just take a step back. if you are emotionally drained, you need a time out. you know what makes you feel happy (play music, get away from technology for an hour, spend the time with family and pets, cuddles, whatever). if you need to, cry. but then, pick yourself back up, refocus on the positive, and beyond the 'right now'. This is the start, there is more left in you. this can be fixed. this is not something you cannot come back from. take your minute, and get back on the field.
