Terrible picture, but on the right side there is a black flag at half mast. The live footage had an American flag, it went down, came up with this black flag below US flag, went down again & up with just this black flag at half mast.
Any guesses?
It may be a POW MIA flag. If that is the case, why & why right after Biden was sworn in?
