Nah - I've working with a group for a quite awhile now, trying to suss out what #23 stands for. It's used in a lot of comms but we have not been able to decode it yet.

I know it comes from the Q post but it also means something else. 23=pain but why? and how?
Can you explain the connection between them?
THAT is what we're trying to figure out because it's being coded in multple media, not just Q posts, and they are connected. I just don't know how.
