POTUS and FLOTUS arrives in Florida. While I have no clue what her dress means just yet. Shes been known to speak with her clothing before. Such as the blockchain dress she wore on election day. Obviouly she changed outfits since leaving Andrews Airforce base.

There appears to be 9 levels of circle to hexagon and additional layers within each layer (remember 9 is three 3's) I'm no fashion expert, but that's my take...

Also the darker color dress appears to be blue which is a complimentary color to orange. Complementary colors are pairs of colors which, when combined or mixed, cancel each other out by producing a grayscale color like white or black. (Again dark2light)
