This is terrifying and so difficult for the parents as if this wasn't hard enough already. Clinicians performing ANY medical procedure on a child without authorization is an automatic arrest IMO.

Emergency powers give these governors sweeping authority & financial incentives... Make your voice heard. Contact locals, start a neighborhood group, petition. Call local press...
