Your red flag is warranted. Earlier, I had the same thought and tried to figure it out for myself. Here is what I found:

TLDR: This is a new image, not currently anywhere else on the internet.
Of course Tineye is going to look for an image with all the details. Not just AF1 sitting on a tarmack somewhere. It can't delete the black border, etc. And of course, the image presented is unique because it hasn't been shared/posted in multiple places.
