We're just north of downtown Nashville and in a flood zone. We're ok so far but praying the rain moves out soon. Check this out... we've had a week of 50-70 degree weather with sun and lots of rain over the past couple of weeks. We still have so-called sleet from the winter storm 3 weeks ago. Wish I knew someone to test it to see exactly what fell from the sky.
