OK, this is part of the problem.

This is a BS sentence (not blaming you@dollface).

He was 100. He had been battling pneumonia for weeks. He then tested positive.

Most people will not read beyond the headline text. They will think "another covid death" when that's very likely to not be the case.

I was thinking 100 is a pretty long life. But of course they'll ring up another stat for the CHINA VIRUS
