LOUISIANA PURCHASE - What is not being told about this purchase? Was it Unconstitutional? Why was President Trump in discussions to change the DEAL? How can you change a purchase deal unless it is an ongoing contract? Why was the Port of New Orleans not part of the DEAL? Is it now? Was the city part of Florida at this time?

I keep waking up with some kind of conflict with US and France. I also woke up this morning, again, with a key being the Louisiana Purchase. Why is the official documents of this purchase difficult to find? There is more here than what we were told.

Anyone have some info?
