Living 25 minutes outside of NYC in NJ, with many friends who moved here from there. I was in there two days before the destruction started. No one I know and have talked with have a desire, need or want to go back. NYC is dead, sad to say it probably will never come back. The Big Named Businesses don't need to be there anymore and have learned a very costly lesson. Leave it for the Libs they want it just the way it is.
