heroine is illegal right?

this is what im saying
i live in florida. our county is the top county for school districts in the state
our two local public high schools are known for being saturated with drugs. cops kids go there, our sherrifs kids all graduated from there... principals know it, teachers know it
Everybody knows it.
yet, those in power cant quite seem to know what to do about it....
Now let me drive PAST the school doing 55 in a 30 and they will stop me, put their hand on their gun while approching my car, write me out a citation for $280
but they cant do anything about the drugs INSIDE the school

local level gotta get cleaned up

So this explains why some of these professor's push some really stupid shit into these kids heads....they are high...and more worried about getting there next fix to teach anything meaningful
