I live in Newport Beaach, CA with a view of the ocean. I have seen the ships building up off shore the past week or so. Using my binoculors I can clearly see the closest one to me and it is an "evergreen" cargo ship. In case anyone does not know that was Clintons shipping company. The ship is stacked extremely high with containers and there are many many more. Another ship clearly states "Shipping closed" both these cargo ships are parallel to the shore. A bit farther back but too difficult to make out but appears to be a line of Naval ships pointing forward, towards the shore. I'll see if I can take a picture, all I have is my phone camera.
