Cognitive computers themselves can also do this – creating news articles from pooled data with no human being involved. What used to be called propaganda is now called “strategic communications” that tell a stories or create narrative networks. DARPA is focused on creating counter-narratives, or stories they believe will counteract the effects of radicalization.”
