This is how I would take it & I don't even have tourettes.

Wow!!!! would say that is Spirit working on her behalf,
and with hope she didn't get it, after all that
reminds me of this photo of a baby who was attempting
to defend itself during abortion... my reaction was relieved,
thinking that the baby had 'made it' but my sister, a nurse/NP,
said that the coloring of the baby's hand clearly signalled 'dead'...
heartbreaking but the strength and nobility of Spirit
