Given the FACT that Biden has yet to give the traditional annual speech and DJT will be speaking publicly on 2/28/2021 at CPAC, I can confidently claim that DONALD J. TRUMP is still POTUS.
Although the "fact checkers" will try to convince people that "The State of the Union Address" isn't a yearly event, history tells a different story.
"For many years, the speech was referred to as "the President's Annual Message to Congress". The actual term "State of the Union" first emerged in 1934 when Franklin D. Roosevelt used the phrase, becoming its generally accepted name since 1947."
