I Iive in FL and yesterday at 1:05 pm there was an emergency broadcast test on TV with no announcement. It was the squealing sound, and color horizontal lines across the screen with a black rectangle box in the middle in which i took it to be a possible place for a televised program. i still have hope to see Trump soon -- maybe during this conference! :)
