The patch on the right side represents that the wearer has deployed with that unit (combat patch)-only Soldiers deployed downrange can wear them. The left side shows the CURRENT unit of assignment (every wears one). The guy in this video could have deployed with the 10th in 2004 and still be authorized to wear it today. This is not evidence 10th MTN is mobilizing.
