This is what is called needle snow. Look it up.
That is what I thought as well. As far as I know snow doesnt melt just because it comes into contact with heat. Otherwise igloos wouldnt work...melting point etc. That was always my understanding. Nature is wonderous under God's design...even if we dont always understand it
