The plaintiff in this case is a young actress who accuses Depardieu of harassment and rape in the summer of 2018.
The investigation was terminated in June 2019, and the authorities did not find any evidence of a crime. The artist himself denied the accusations from the girl. Now the investigation has been resumed and the actor has been officially charged.
