Some of these well known, high-net worth individuals are raising outside money through others for the purpose of potentially acquiring a company within 24 months.

If they don't acquire a company, the money has to be returned to the investors.

Sounds like an easy way to use your name to raise hundreds of millions of dollars and have a two year runway to steal it and disappear.

Not saying that is what's happening, but it could happen if the "tick tock" is almost here.
