Folks you prolly know by now the SCOTUS just declined to hear the cases before it. THIS IS GOOD NEWS AND AS IT SO HAPPENS, A REQUIREMENT BEFORE THE MILTARY CAN ACT.
ALL avenues needed to be exhausted before the military steps in because THE MILITARY IS THE LAST LINE OF DEFENCE OF THE CONSTITUTION!!
