As a NY'r with a wife who is a ICU RN , and a mom in a Nursing Home ,I have had a front row seat. This was about a budget shortfall (Cuomo said NY was broke last March) Each senior costs NY around $120k a year in Medicare costs. Do the Math. He did this for MONEY. He gave immunity to Nursing Home owners first. This is MURDER
