we listen to different frequencies in the house throughout the day. at night we all choose a different one for bedtime 😁 very soothing

Not to sound ignorant... but how do you listen to them? Do you have a certain machine?
go to YT and type in the Frequency you want and music will come up. I cant stand using YT so you can go to their sites in aome cases. this one requires an app.
