Ahhh....he uses pure silver and some kind of machine he made to electrocute the water. He uses a old 27 volt dc transformer from an old diffuser. You have to have two silver rods 99.9% pure, 12 gauge silver. Suspends in 1 quart distilled water. Attach wires to silver roads with clip amd they have to be an inch and half apart. Can take a couple hours, stirring occasionally with wooden spoon
Uses a tds (water tester from Zero wayer pitcher). 10-12 ppm. Anyways, this info should be online somewhere.
