Make sure you get the right aloe though.......there are 86 different types.....health food stores carry this. Always read the label to make sure, especially with creams, that Aloe is the FIRST ingredient listed. The first ingredient is 80% min of the product. I have several aloe plants and I do drink an aloe product and have a really great aloe cream.
