If Scotus quietly heard the voter fraud case in November would you even know?

Openness, accountability, and honesty define government transparency. In a free society, transparency is government's obligation to share information with citizens. It is at the heart of how citizens hold their public officials accountable.

So things haven't changed in our country yet?

We are at war, and we have been at war for a very, very long time; war within our borders, between our own interests, with no predefined lines. Such a free society is fragile and considering the state of affairs, hasn't existed in quite a while.

We are seeking to change that; however, all legal avenues and procedures must be heeded.

Accountability doesn't exist if the citizenry doesn't raise enough of an effort to seek it, and from what you've seen over the past few years, many people are still sleeping. There are still breadcrumbs, it's just that the news media machine does not presently consider it any obligation to cover in any real manner.
