Much of the police are no longer wanting to enforce them either.
Governors that tried to enforce the lock downs have failed and the people are asking for their resignations.
SCOTUS has also tried many cases and the people have won against tyranny, unconstitutional acts and their “now not so hidden agenda 21” in order to bring in their “Great Reset”. The people would rather deal with the unconstitutional consequences than business going under.
