i dont think it puts any theory to rest. snow and ice are frozen water. it should melt back to its original form. and we know they chemical drinking water and water comes from the earth.. rain and snow melt into the earth. If someones ice in their freezer burns and smells like plastic they should question their drinking water.. just my opinion.
