I say it's going to happen sometime after the SCOTUS ruling on 2-19. Hopefully right after! I don't think the SCOTUS ruling is going to go our way, especially after not taking it up the last time. jmo...
I understand they have to go through every possible legal and constitutional option before the military. Don't know how many more moves have to play out.
