For 9 months I have said he wrote an executive order removing any liability from a Nursing Home that took a CV patient in.He then scrubbed the order from NYS website. If 15k Seniors died, at avg cost of $120k a year in Medicaid costs, to me, it was murder to save the state budget. Cuomo admitted NY was broke last March. He solved a huge budget shortfall with murder of our seniiors. Plain as day.
