City of Pearland, Texas, Day 4 with no water or electricity. Can they not send out Water Trucks to the neighborhoods? The stores that sold it have sold out. Where's the Water?! The City is already working under the circumstances that depend on others, but boiling snow with PM-2.5 (lung and respiratory illness and cancer) in it is not the answer. Call 1-281-652-1900. Those who still have water are under a boil notice. They have no wi-fi since Monday. Sheesh! #texas
