I feel horrible that I sent one of my employees to Houston on Sunday. He delivered a flatbed load of pipe to Plummer, MN early last week where it was -23 degrees & never had a worry. I sent hlm to Houston & he hasn't had a shower for 3 days & can't get out of town due to fear of not finding fuel, water, electricity, or a hotel, not to mention ice covered roads. How's that for the energy capitol of the US....solar & wind. Stupid mistake TX.
