Yes, for me 2. Not because of his skills, he is a very good, experienced, competant, and safe pilot. He has proven that now for decades.
He wasn’t piloting the plane on 7-16-1999 when his Piper Saratoga went down. We know this now. It was an experienced US Navy SEAL who piloted the plane, called the tower with a recording of JFK Jr’s voice, jumped from the plane skydiving, and remotely set-off the explosion when safely away, getting picked up by a US Navy boat under cover of dark. Deep State thought their plan worked and they killed him.
